Our 4 Studios
All our Studios have turbo internet, heating, separate bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchenette and come with a set of bed linen. All the house tenants have the possibility to use all the common spaces such as main kitchen and garden areas and get access to a closed WhatsApp group chat to get to know each other and for easy interaction and support.
Ocean Studio
Our Cozy Ocean Studio for 1 is our new addition in the house and it has everything that 1 person needs to feel comfortable. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and sink, and a private bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. It is located on the top floor of the house and has its own air conditioning / heating unit. The tenant uses the top floor washing machine and the laundry drier. The Cozy Ocean Studio is located in a way that it provides the tenant with a very peaceful environment. Price 540 EUR + utilities
Sun&Fun Studio
The Fun and Sun Studio is located on the top floor facing west. It is a very airy space, bright in sunshine and colors. It has its separate bathroom with shower, a lot of storage space including a mini walk-in closet. It is also equipped with a kitchenette with a small fridge. The top floor tenants share a washer and the dryer in the top floor. It is ideal for one person, a couple or can be arranged for 2 friends on a tight budget – 2 of everything. Price 550 EUR + utilities.
Yellow Studio
The Yellow Studio is our only studio apartment on the main floor facing East with a view into one part of the garden, and comes with a 140x200cm bed, small kitchen, fully equipped including a dishwasher and has a separate bathroom (shower-sink-toilette). The entrance to the apartment is through the joined shared common room lounge. Its great for 1 person or a couple. Price 550 EUR + utilities.
White Spaa Studio
Completely refurbished adorable small apartment on the top floor of the house with a big bed for 1 or 2 a separate small but very functional fully equipped kitchen and the only apartment in the house with a bathtub. Even though it is facing north the previous man cave has gotten a little bit of a makeover into a very friendly and romantic place with twinkle fairy lights to give you a feeling as if you were in your own piece of romantic heaven. All tenants of the top floor share the usage of the washing machine and the dryer in the hallway. This apartment is ideal for a single person or a couple on a budget. Price 550 eur + utilities.
