All rooms have turbo internet, central gas heating and come with 2 sets of bed linen. Rooms on the main floor and the Ocean room share the main kitchen and the main bathroom. All downstairs rooms share the downstairs bathroom and kitchen. However all tennants have the right to use all comon spaces, all appliances and the garden area, but are also equally responsable of maintainig it and keeping it clean. All the house tenants get access to a private WhatsApp group to get to know each other, easy interaction and support.
Rose Room
Rose Room is located in the south east corner of the house, is fully furnished and comes with 2 cupboards, a table, chair 90x200cm bed, mirror, fairy lights for atmosphere and a window that faces east. Use of following common spaces – bathroom (shower, washer, dryer, toilet and sink) fully equipped kitchen, lounge room , terrace and garden. Price 475 EUR + utilities
Lavender Room
Lavender room is facing North and its next to the main bathroom. Its great for one person that needs a lot of storage space as it has a huge cabinet. The room is fully furnished with a Brimnes IKEA bed that can be either a 90×200 or 160x200cm for guests or comfort, table, chair, lamp, bookshelves and the huge cabinet, black out curtain and of course Fairy lights. Use of following common spaces – bathroom (bathtub, washer, dryer, toilet and sink) fully equipped kitchen, Lounge room , terrace and garden. Price 480 EUR + utilities.
Green Room
Green Room is located between the Yellow Studio and the Rose Room window facing east. The room is fully furnished and has a lot of storage space a big and small cupboard, table, chair and a Hemnes IKEA bed 90×200 that can be pulled into a 160×200, and of course your own fairy lights for atmosphere. Use of following common spaces – bathroom (shower, washer, dryer, toilet and sink) fully equipped kitchen, Lounge room , terrace and garden. Price 480 EUR + utilities.
Nature Spaa Room
Nature Spa Room is the only room in the house with a private bathroom with a toilet, sink and a shower. The room is quiet, bright and airy. The bed is 140x 200, has an open closet, chair, table, 2 cupboards and an air-conditioning unit. Its a room that is on the top floor facing east of the House. Tenant uses the main kitchen for cooking. Price: 530 EUR + utilities.
Sunflower Room
Sunflower room is facing South and its located in the ground level of the house. Its great for one person that needs a longer stay or a bigger room space as it is one of the biggest rooms in the house. The room is fully furnished with a 160 x 200 bed that can be for 2 people or comfort, table, chair, lamp, drawer cupboard and a big cabinet, black out curtain and of course Fairy lights. Tennant is allowed to use all common spaces of the house – ground level bathroom (shower, toilet and sink) fully equipped small kitchen, lounge room , Main Floor Kitchen and terrace and garden area. Price 500EUR + utilities.
Earth Room
Our Earth room is fully furnished and comes with 1 cupboard, a table, chair 90x200cm bed, mirror, air con unit, central gas heater, a window that faces north to the garden and Fairy lights for the perfect mood. Use of following common spaces – bathroom (shower, washer, dryer, toilet and sink) fully equipped kitchen, lounge room , terrace and garden. Price 480 EUR + utilities.
Blue room is fully furnished and comes with 1 cupboard, a table, chair 90x200cm bed, mirror, and a window that faces north with a view to the garden and has of course the signature Fairy lights for the warm and homey atmosphere. The tennant uses of following common spaces – bathroom (shower, washer, dryer, toilet and sink) fully equipped kitchen, lounge room and garden. Price 465 EUR + utilities.

Hey pretty gents and girls. If you are reading this then probably you are considering to spend your nights under this roof. You would be a fool if you didn’t so. Such a cozy place in a calm neighborhood, but still close to action if you are up for always lively Zagreb nightlife. I would pay the rent just to sit on the porch for my breakfast again, but that’s just me. Shout-out to the lovely lady Ina, best hostess one could find. Be a greedy person and ask her to make some cookies when you arrive, 99% you will be eating them next morning.
Sadly enough this virus named Covid-19 came and I had to leave, but 8/8 would recommend again, mate, really great.

Warm feeelings looking back at the time living in this house. Lovely and vivid place that offers something for everyone. Located in Trešnjevka, an interesting part of Zagreb close to the center, closeby to the stores a great market and the tram. The landlady is really accomodating, always willing to lend a helping hand geting along in the new environment. I would defenitly recommend the place to everyone that is open minded and likes having people around.

What a time! Thanks to this cozy house, my housemates and thanks to Ina I could enjoy the Erasmus time in Zagreb. When all the bars were closed an there were not many Events, there was still the house with cookie parties, candle light dinners and many good conversations. I always felt save here and looked after, even when the house had Covid:D
